Position Overview
As an Assistant Pensions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality pension administration services to our client's diverse portfolio of schemes. You will work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure accurate benefit calculations, timely communications, and adherence to scheme-specific procedures.

Responsibilities
* Calculate benefits using manual calculations and pension administration systems
* Follow checklists and procedures for each individual case
* Obtain authorisation before releasing information to ensure compliance
* Prepare bulk mailings for annual newsletters and pension increases
* Communicate effectively with members and third parties
* Gain and apply knowledge of client schemes through daily work
* Identify scheme-specific requirements and tailor administration accordingly

Requirements
* Experience administering DB (defined benefit) pension schemes
* Pursuing relevant training and exams for APE and CPC qualifications
