As a New Build Conveyancer, you will play an essential role in managing residential property matters, with a focus on new build transactions. You'll take ownership of a varied caseload, ensuring that clients experience a seamless and stress-free journey during one of the most important transactions of their lives.
Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of new build transactions, from instruction to post-completion
- Deal with tight deadlines often imposed by developers and lenders
- Draft and review documents specific to new build developments
- Communicate effectively with clients, developers, estate agents, mortgage lenders, keeping all parties informed of progress and key dates
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years experience in New Build
- Shared ownership experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
