You will be dealing with existing clients as well as new ones, offering expert, commercially minded legal advice and ensuring that the service levels remain high quality.
The employment department is well-known and respected in the area and the role offers a broad and interesting caseload that includes dealing with:
- Contentious and non-contentious employment issues
- Employment Tribunal
- Redundancy/restructure
- HR Policies and procedures
- Dismissal procedures
- Settlement agreements
This role will suit an enthusiastic and ambitious Solicitor with previous fee earning and management experience. As a head of department you will be involved in networking and business development, and you'll be expected to grow the department and expand the team's offering.
