Position Overview

The Pension Project Developer will play a crucial role in supporting the pension scheme's operations, including testing processes, analysing data, and participating in key projects such as the equalisation of GMP. This position is essential in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the scheme's systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Test letter templates, improve processes, and support software bug resolution
  • Carry out regular tasks, including DC liability assessments and reporting
  • Review and analyse current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Monitor data quality, making corrections as needed
  • Take part in team meetings and personal development activities
  • Maintain and test internal spreadsheets for accuracy and efficiency
  • Support system validation by assisting with manual pension calculations

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and IF functions
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Keen analytical skills and interest in data analytics
  • Word processing proficiency
