Position Overview
The Pensions Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient administration of the company's DC pension schemes, handling a wide range of tasks related to active, deferred, and pensioner members, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and HMRC requirements.
Responsibilities
* Administer day-to-day pension activities for all member categories
* Handle member enquiries via telephone, online, and in-person
* Process casework for auto-enrolment and resolve member queries
* Develop subject matter expertise and provide team training
* Maintain understanding of pension legislation, rules, and processes
Requirements
* Significant experience DC pension administration
* Strong knowledge of pension legislation and HMRC requirements
* Excellent numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in IT and self-motivated, organised work ethic
