Are you passionate about ensuring compliance, improving processes, and making a real impact in pension administration? We are seeking a Governance Analyst to join this busy team and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do:
✅ Work alongside the Quality Assurance team to conduct audits and reviews.
✅ Perform benefit calculation audits in line with scheme rules.
✅ Identify process improvements and implement preventative measures.
✅ Monitor cases to ensure timely processing and regulatory compliance.
✅ Support training initiatives by identifying development needs and delivering sessions.
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Strong numeracy skills and a logical problem-solving approach.
🔹 Experience performing and checking complex manual calculations.
🔹 Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Confidence to challenge processes and suggest improvements.
🔹 Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
