Position Overview
As a Pensions Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring members receive their entitled benefits accurately and efficiently by processing benefit calculations, updating databases, communicating with members, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the business.
Responsibilities
Working on the two schemes you will be…
* Calculate and process member benefits based on entitlements
* Update pension administration systems to ensure data accuracy
* Communicate entitlements and resolve member queries through multiple channels
* Document work processes and provide team support
* Assist with training and one-off projects as needed
* Liaise with external organisations regarding member benefit entitlements
* Support continuous improvement activities to enhance member experience
Requirements
* Experience in a professional, customer-focused environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
