Position Overview
The DC Pensions Team Leader will play a crucial role in managing the customer journey, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional member outcomes while collaborating with internal departments and implementing continuous improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
* Oversee customer journey, supporting on and offshore teams
* Ensure compliance with FCA and Trustee vulnerable member approach
* Manage member casework efficiently, delivering exceptional outcomes
* Lead team to deliver positive member outcomes
* Liaise with internal departments on casework completion
* Investigate escalated cases thoroughly, reaching fair informed decisions
* Provide regular updates and reports on casework trends
* Promote continuous improvement culture, participating in process development
* Act as escalation point for complex, high-priority cases
* Support colleagues' training and ongoing complaint expert development

Requirements
* Experience with occupational pension schemes
* Detailed understanding of case types
* Effective at analysing data to resolve issues
* Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisational skills, prioritising key tasks and delivery
