Position Overview
The DC Pensions Projects Team Leader will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of pension projects, overseeing day-to-day delivery, and providing technical guidance to ensure project objectives are met. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading pensions consultancy.

Responsibilities
* Lead and prioritise delivery of pension projects
* Scope and plan future project needs and resources
* Provide technical oversight for complex requirements
* Implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage and mentor a team of project administrators
* Attend trustee/client meetings and new business presentations

Requirements
* Experience with occupational DC pension schemes and/or DC Master Trusts. SIPP background will also be considered
* Leadership or management experience in the pensions industry
* Pension projects experience would be beneficial but not essential
* Strong understanding of pensions administration delivery streams
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
