Position Overview
The Trustee Manager will play a crucial role in managing the logistics of all trustee meetings, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between trustees, providers, and other stakeholders. This position is essential in maintaining robust governance and risk management solutions for the company's pension schemes.
Responsibilities
* Manage logistics for all trustee meetings
* Draft and present meeting agendas and papers
* Liaise with Chair to finalise meeting agendas
* Brief providers attending trustee meetings
* Prepare comprehensive meeting packs for attendees
* Draft minutes and action points from meetings
* Maintain and update reference information regularly
* Manage actions and follow-ups between meetings
* Oversee governance documents, including business plans and risk registers
* Draft trustee communications, such as newsletters and funding statements
* Liaise with regulatory bodies as required
* Manage regular and ad hoc projects with advisers
Requirements
* APMI qualification or equivalent
* Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
* Proven track record in delivering robust governance and risk management solutions
* Minimum of five years of relevant experience
* Knowledge of ISO 27001 policies and processes
