Position Overview
You will form an integral part of a busy property department where you will support the team on both residential and commercial matters and ensure the department continues to offer an excellent service to their clients.
Responsibilities
- Drafting various legal documents and client correspondence
- Liaising with clients in person and by telephone
- Digital dictation and note-taking
- Diary management
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Experience within the property process is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
