Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales targets through effective strategies
* Design and run targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads
* Manage and develop relationships with key introducer clients and prospects
* Coordinate sales and marketing efforts for a cohesive approach
* Liaise with external PR consultants to maximise press coverage
* Manage and mentor other business development staff
* Organise and deliver compelling pitches to win new business
* Continuously improve pitch performance and bid management processes
Requirements
* Proven track record of success in a similar role

* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
