Position Overview
This is a pivotal role that offers a Conveyancing Assistant the opportunity to provide essential support to a highly experienced and dynamic property team. As part of this collaborative team, you will assist throughout the entire conveyancing process helping fee earners on a diverse range of property matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in managing property transactions efficiently and effectively
- Liaise with clients, keeping them updated and informed throughout the process
- Handling administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing queries and escalating complex issues when required
- Provide administrative support to fee earners
- Draft standard documentation and correspondence relating to conveyancing transactions
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a conveyancing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload independently
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
