The Dispute Resolution Department serve a diverse range of clients, primarily medium-sized companies and business owners, and you will provide essential support to a high-performing team, assisting on a range of cases and take on responsibilities that will allow you to grow both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities
- Prepare document bundles and attend client meetings, taking accurate notes and preparing reports
- Advise and assist clients in the progression of their cases under supervision
- Draft client correspondence and standard documents, such as cost schedules and disclosure lists
- Assist in the production of bills and participate actively in team meetings
Requirements
- Confident professional who is able to build strong relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Proactive, team-orientated and able to stay calm under pressure
