Position Overview
As the Assistant Pensions Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the allocation and delivery of all incoming work, ensuring it meets the consultancy's high standards and complies with client Service Level Agreements. You will leverage your expertise to provide support and guidance to the team, fostering a culture that reflects the consultancy's values and puts members at the heart of all activities.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a deputy team leader or senior pensions administrator
* In-depth knowledge of Defined Benefit pension scheme administration
* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
* Strong communication abilities to engage with clients, members, and colleagues
* Ability to assess client needs and manage expectations effectively
