Our client is an established and well-respected solicitors, with clients across Hertfordshire, Cambridge and Essex. They have multiple offices and a loyal workforce and we are seeking a Legal Assistant with experience in residential property conveyancing to join the department.
You will be involved in all aspects of the conveyancing process; setting up files and sending out packs to clients detailing the services and process regarding the house sale or purchase, undertaking money laundering checks in line with the firm's and industry compliance, checking and signing ID and other documentations, requesting searches, calculating and issuing statements, drafting exchange documentation and dealing with after sales care and post completion matters.
You will demonstrate good communication skills and customer service in property matters, strong IT, ability to be a brilliant gatekeeper, and confident to keep all parties updated on important matters.
