Position Overview
The Private Client Solicitor will play a crucial role in providing advice to clients, some of whom are HNW and handling sensitively a varied caseload of private client matters. The team is able to combine their local knowledge with technology to ensure that their clients' needs are met and their expectations fulfilled.
Responsibilities
- Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Manage Estate Administration, Trusts and Taxation matters
- Handle Court of Protection cases effectively
- Build strong relationships with referrers and clients
Requirements
- 2+ years PQE or equivalent experience as a Fee Earner
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills
- Client-focused with exceptional communication skills
- Eager to develop legal career and contribute to the team
