We are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to become part of an established, professional and dynamic team. With a robust network of local agents and lenders, you will be actively involved in managing new clients and fostering long-term relationships with referrers across the region.
Position Overview
The Residential Conveyancer will play a key role in offering expert advice to clients, working closely with a dedicated team, and contributing to the firm's ongoing growth within the property sector.
Responsibilities
You will advise a broad of range of clients on a wide range of property matters to include:
- Freehold and leasehold
- Sales and purchases
- Declaration of Trust
- Remortgages
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4+ PQE
- Extensive experience in residential conveyancing matters
- Well-organised with a flexible and collaborative mindset
