Position Overview
As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in providing a comprehensive service to the firm's diverse client base and you will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion. The role also offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and work on a variety of properties, from new builds to flats and listed buildings.
Responsibilities
- Handle a range of matters, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, right to buy, and shared ownership
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong background in residential conveyancing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
