Position Overview

Responsibilities
* Monitor team performance against client and company objectives
* Manage, support, and motivate team members
* Allocate and review work for accuracy and timeliness
* Provide technical assistance for complex pensions administration tasks
* Process member service requests accurately and efficiently
* Demonstrate expertise in DB and DC administration
* Produce stewardship reports and other required information
* Identify process improvements and efficiencies
* Participate in new business exercises and client representation
Requirements
* Extensive experience in DB/DC pensions administration
* Strong ability to complete manual calculations accurately
* Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
* In-depth knowledge of current pension legislation and upcoming changes
