Position Overview
As a Benefits Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing a portfolio of new and existing clients by delivering exceptional advice and service, focusing on client retention and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Gaps in knowledge will be covered by a hands-on training and mentoring.
Requirements
* Experience within any area of employee benefits. Healthcare would be preferred but they will also be interested in dental, group life, etc.
* Confident communicator
* Ability to produce high-quality documentation
