We are seeking a property fee earner to join our client who specialise in property matters, including representing their clients affected by infringement of light.
This is an interesting role for someone at 3-5 years PQE, however, all applications will be considered. We are seeking someone who is ambitious and has drive, you will be joining a boutique legal firm who are growing and it is expected that this position will develop across both commercial and residential property fee earning services relating to commercial leases. There will be a significant 'step up' within the firm for the right person, and this role does provide a very good career opportunity. To be considered you will have an understanding of neighbourly disputes and an acute eye for detail for checking title documents and leases.
The small team are at different levels of their careers, the firm are modern with good processes in place, using Proclaim CMS, and work in a paperless environment, with good public transport links and onsite parking, together with pension, holiday, payment for practising certificate and a real career opportunity.
