Position Overview

As Assistant Secretary to the Trustees will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of secretarial and governance services to the firm's clients, working closely with lead Secretaries and other key stakeholders to support the smooth operation of pension schemes.

Responsibilities
* Support lead Secretaries on larger client accounts
* Serve as primary contact for allocated clients
* Represent the firm at trustee and client meetings
* Liaise with advisers and suppliers for timely deliverables
* Provide cover and support on secretarial team projects

Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working towards a Senior Pensions Administration level, or in a Scheme Secretarial role.
* Strong self-starter with drive to build own brand
* Collaborative team player with great attitude
* Located within commutable distance to Nottingham
* Thrives in a close-knit team environment
