We are working with a dynamic and fast-growing law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team based in either of their London offices. Position Overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in managing the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process while maintaining the firm's high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
- Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities to obtain relevant information
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years PQE
- Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar role within the property sector
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
