We are seeking a Property Litigator who can handle a wide range of contentious property matters for clients who are a mix of property companies, corporate occupiers and private clients. This is an opportunity to develop yourself in a large, successful and prestigious Legal 500 law firm.

You will benefit from a stimulating caseload that offers exceptional and complex property disputes for diverse clients which encompass a range of scenarios, including:
- Conflicts emerging from residential and commercial lease agreements
- Disputes arising during land purchase and sale transactions
- Challenges related to land development processes
We are seeking someone from 4+ years with consideration for a Senior Associate on a higher benefits package, with a proven track record of handling a broad range of property litigation matters. You will have excellent client handling skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
