We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join an established team of 4 fee earners all with their own secretarial support, for this leading 8 Partner, Legal 500, ISO and Lexcel accredited Private Practice that is going through a period of expansion.
We are seeking a fee earner able to manage their own cases but still keen to develop themselves professionally. You will have administration support for opening files, searches, drafting documents and post completion and title matters, leaving you free to offer a high level of customer service.
You will ensure all documentation is accurate, enquiries are raised and responded to, and you will build relationships with providers and opposing legal third-parties to collaborate for the interest of your clients. Ensuring a smooth conveyancing service and client satisfaction to lead to further business and good recommendations to raise your profile will be encouraged.
Handing a mixed caseload and a broad range of residential property transactions to include sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold work and working on a case management system. Some of your clients will be HNW and you will have the opportunity to work on some very impressive listed properties with land and develop your skills in land acquisitions.
