This is a smaller high street practice with a solid caseload and you will be joining a small department who manage Commercial Property matters. We are seeking an experienced and like-minded legal professional who is motivated by development relationships with clients and providing solutions across property transactions.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will manage you own caseload, consider funding and ensuring accurate documentation and raising enquiries across a range of commercial property matters here you clients will be a mix of SME's, property investors and developers, as well as high net worth private clients. Depending on your level of PQE you will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers and help to grow the client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial acquisitions, disposals, and development matters
- Manage landlord and tenant matters and asset management
- Advise on banking, finance, and loan agreements
- Support business and asset sales/purchases transactions
- Assist with insolvency and restructuring cases
Your experience will include working in a similar role and working collaboratively across commercial teams and demonstrating confidence in working with and understanding your clients. The firm are involved with networking events and breakfast meetings and you will have the opportunity to be involved in business development and also marketing initiatives to include drafting blogs and content to the firm's website from time to time.
