Position Overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional conveyancing services and you will manage your own caseload, handling a range of freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions. This position requires a strong technical knowledge and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate expertise in freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build transactions
- Build and maintain excellent rapport with existing clients and agents
- Attract new clients and develop new contacts to expand the firm's client base
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all conveyancing transactions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
