Position Overview
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the wider conveyancing team, supporting their caseloads and assisting in an administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including client care correspondence
- Coordinating seamless communication via email and telephone with clients, estate agents and other parties
- Meticulously conduct identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML), and essential compliance checks
- Prepare legal documentation and professional correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
- Delivering critical support during contract exchanges and transaction completions, facilitating smooth and efficient property transfer processes
Experience
- Ideally you will have one year's experience working within residential conveyancing
- Excellent clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Have the desire to work in an interesting, fast paced, and collaborative environment
