Position Overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions ensuring transactions are managed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions etc
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts and reports
- Liaising with clients and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of one year's PQE
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build relationships
