Position Overview
As a Family Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice and representation to clients in various family law matters. You will manage a varied caseload, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and effectively to meet client expectations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the firm's success while developing your expertise in family law.
Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of family matters, including divorce, child law, cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements, financial matters, consent orders and agreements
- Collaborate on more complex cases alongside senior team members
- Actively contributing to the team's development through business growth initiatives, marketing strategies and achieving financial targets
Requirements
- Ideally 4+ years PQE in Family Law
- Strong understanding of family law and experience in managing complex cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Proven track record of achieving fee targets and managing client relationships
