An excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a thriving team specialising in family law. This role offers you a chance to manage a broad range of family law matters while contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

Position Overview
As an Associate Family Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice to clients navigating relationship breakdowns. You will handle a diverse caseload and your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in helping clients find long-term solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on divorce, children, financial, and DV issues
  • Support senior team members with their caseloads
  • Draft documents to further advice on any area
  • Conduct negotiations and seek advice from senior team members
  • Prepare consent orders and agreements relating to family disputes
  • Advocate at appropriate court hearings

Requirements

  • At least 4 + years PQE in family law
  • Ability to handle cases independently
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage a varied caseload
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to client satisfaction
