Position Overview
As a Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice to a diverse range of clients and you will manage your own caseload of complex commercial property transactions, working independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex and broad commercial property transactions
- Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments
- Draft and negotiate key legal documentation, including contracts and agreements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering solution-driven advice
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and support staff
- Actively engage in business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years of PQE
- Strong track record in managing complex commercial property transactions
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute with the ability to provide strategic legal advice
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proactive approach to business development and contributing to firm growth
