Offering hybrid home working, our client, a specialist family private practice, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team and manage a caseload of private funded matters.
You will be an ambitious family lawyer, motivated and keen to progress your and provide high quality services to your clients. You will run a full caseload, dealing with a variety of work including matrimonial finance & divorce and private child law cases to include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial Settlements
- Children matters
- Civil partnerships
- Cohabitation
- Domestic violence
- Collaborative law
- Mediation
To be considered, you should be at least 3+ PQE with a demonstrated flair in handling sensitive family matters with excellent relationship and client handling skills.
