Our client, a leading law firm in East Anglia, is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career within a forward-thinking and supportive firm, who intend to expand rapidly within the next five years.

Position Overview
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional legal services to the firm's clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, and your expertise and dedication will contribute to the firm's ongoing success and reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, enfranchisement, and lease extensions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and client care
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE in Property Litigation
  • Experience in property law and/or lease extensions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in business development and marketing is advantageous
