Our client, a well-established regional firm of solicitors, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. You will be an ambitious solicitor with a motivation to excel and a keenness to progress your career and provide high quality services to your clients.
Position Overview
As a Senior Associate within the residential property department, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing the full spectrum of conveyancing matters. Alongside managing your own cases, you will assist the Head of Department in leading the team, acting as their deputy, and driving the growth of the conveyancing offering.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers
- Engage in business development and marketing activities to build strong networks and relationships with referrers and agencies
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 6+ years PQE
- Excellent client care skills
- Proven knowledge of Trust matters
- Track record of delivering high-quality residential property work independently
- Experience supervising junior team members
- Desire to contribute to departmental management and projects
