Our client, a top 200 UK law firm and one of the region's oldest, most established, and fastest-growing legal practices, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Construction Litigation Lawyer to join their team in Essex and Suffolk.
Position Overview
As a Construction Litigation Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to develop your career within a friendly and open culture where clients and colleagues come first. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the construction litigation practice and building on the firm's existing success.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of construction litigation matters
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on construction disputes
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
- Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent client service
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years PQE
- Strong experience in construction litigation
- Excellent attention to detail and client-focused approach
- Motivated, proactive, and keen to contribute to the firm's growth
- Understanding of the importance of compliance
