We are seeking a Senior Private Family Solicitor to join a boutique family legal firm. The role offers Directorship for someone in a similar position or an experienced Family Solicitor seeking the next step in their career.
Taking over a busy caseload, to include HNW matters, this is a role requiring leadership and you will support and motivate the team, which is a mix of fee earners and support staff at different stages of their careers. Emphasis will be on supporting your clients in the following areas:
- Divorce (including Sharia Law)
- Financial Settlement
- Abductions
- TOLATA
- Pre and Post Nuptials
- Guardianship
With strong advocacy skills, the work will see you attending hearings which can last for 3 - 4 days, and supporting clients with overseas jurisdictions. We have been asked to find a strong negotiator, who can work collaboratively to achieve settlement and can balance client work with managerial responsibilities and be an influential person, someone who can shape and drive the firm forward.
