Position Overview
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for leading the administration of complex buy-in and buy-out projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, and providing technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
* Lead high-profile buy-in and buy-out projects
* Coordinate multiple workstreams and provide technical guidance
* Ensure delivery promises and performance standards are met
* Coach and mentor junior associates, providing feedback
* Identify process improvements and training needs
* Produce test packs for automation and sign-off calculations
* Assist in due diligence exercises and data cleaning
* Manage large mailing projects to scheme members
* Scope costs for non-standard projects and monitor budgets
* Handle complaint management and maintain client relationships

Requirements
* Strong experience in final salary pensions administration
* Knowledge of buy-ins, buy-outs, and money purchase schemes
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
* Ability to work with a high level of accuracy
* Customer-focused and quality-oriented approach
* Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets
