Position Overview
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality administration services to scheme members. You will work closely with junior administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate data validation and efficient processing of pension-related tasks.

Responsibilities
* Oversee efficient administration services for scheme members
* Collaborate with pensions administrators to validate data
* Provide support to junior staff in complex areas
* Ensure adherence to quality management processes and procedures

Requirements
* Strong technical knowledge of pensions, particularly DB schemes
* Experience in checking and monitoring junior staff
* Solid background in pensions administration
* Familiarity with scheme rules, practices, and HMRC regulations
* Proficiency in pension administration software (desirable)
