Position Overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to the firm's clients. You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from inception to completion. Your expertise will contribute to the firm's reputation for providing clear, practical legal advice and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision
- Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Oversee new build transactions, including Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer
- Strong organisational and time management skills
