Our client is seeking a Senior Litigator to manage a varied caseload of property and commercial disputes. The work is of a very high quality as the firm have a large portfolio of clients due to their strong reputation and existing clients across all commercial and individual business lines. The team are a mix of fee earners and support staff and due to a recent resignation, the work is being managed by a highly capable locum, but the firm are keen to find a fee earner who can take over the work and forge professional relationship with the clients.
The role has paralegal support and at time trainees whom you will mentor and you will also have the opportunity to attend industry events, seminar and breakfast meetings to develop your reputations and visibility for business development, whilst also working with the marketing team.
The successful candidate will be in a fee earning role and demonstrate experience in commercial and also property matters.
