We are seeking someone with commercial acumen to develop and manage a varied private family caseload to include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial provision
- Children
- Co-habitation
- Pre and post nuptial
- Civil partnerships
- Domestic violence
You should have a solid background and interest in family law, excellent communication and good time management which are all crucial in delivering high quality work to clients. As well as this, having the ability to build strong client relationships and provide clients with a professional service is key to the firm's ethos and maintaining their high standard of work.
