Our client is looking to expand its small commercial property department with a fee earner who has experience from 1-year PQE upwards, and the salary will be negotiable depending on the level of experience.
The work will be non-contentious acquisitions and sales of property and land and will enable you to advise your clients on a variety of matters around their property portfolios to include:
- Lease extensions
- Transfers of equity
- Landlord and tenant
- Plot sales
You will draft and comment on contracts and leases, and prepare financial documents and planning agreements. The role is to work with minimum supervision and the clients will expect a high level of service and ongoing communication during the process to ensure their expectations are met. The role will see you building relationships with prospective clients and developers, and there will be a network to tap into from the firm's already good database and reputation.
