Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of pensions administration? A proactive Pensions Administrator is required to join a dynamic UK-based team and contribute to their mission of helping businesses grow, communities thrive and people prosper.

Position Overview
You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pension administration services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal processes and regulations, while providing excellent support to scheme members and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities
* Perform pension administration tasks and calculations with precision
* Manage workload efficiently, considering peer review requirements
* Engage with scheme members via email, letter and phone
* Prepare member correspondence and client reports diligently
* Handle non-standard client/member queries professionally and efficiently
* Collaborate with team members and build strong relationships
* Provide support to team members and assist Team Leader
* Engage visibly with team and Team Leader daily
* Assist Client Executive team as required, ensuring excellence

Requirements
* Experience in defined benefit/contribution pension scheme administration advantageous
* Willingness to study towards PMI's CPC qualification essential
* Strong analytical skills and logical problem-solving approach
* Ability to process, collect and input data accurately
* Exceptional communication skills for handling queries across channels
