Position Overview
The Dispute Resolution Lawyer will handle a varied caseload, representing both individuals and corporate clients in property litigation matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the firm's reputation
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse property litigation caseload independently
- Represent clients in contentious probate and contract disputes
- Handle debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord-tenant matters
- Participate in the firm's business development and marketing initiatives
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain the firm's reputation
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with at least 2 years' experience
- Proven track record in property litigation (residential and commercial)
- Proficiency in managing a varied caseload independently
- Excellent client service skills and a positive attitude
