A brand new role has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a respected high street private practice based in Essex, within the M25. This is a challenging but exciting role which would suit an experienced litigator who will be actively involved with networking and business development. This would suit a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE, although all applicants are considered.
You will handle a varied caseload across a range of general litigation matters, to include:
- Breach of contract claims
- Inheritance & Will disputes
- Property disagreements (including ownership disputes)
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Boundary disputes
- Inheritance claims
- Contested Probate
- Debt recovery/repayment
