Outstanding appointment for an Assistant Pensions Consultant to catapult their Pensions Career within a unique role that covers everything that is top on the pensions' agenda right now!

You will assess and improve all areas of Operational Delivery within Pensions for a portfolio of clients with focus on Governance, Data and Administration. This wide ranging role will cover but not be limited too;

  • The design and delivering reviews of administration operations, administration strategy, service improvement plans and administration provider tenders and selections.
  • Data strategy projects, including GMP-related exercises, benefit audits and dashboards.
  • Trustee Board Effectiveness assessments, governance structure reviews and risk management assessments.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in the initial analysis required in the project delivery, prepare reports and participate in client meetings. Whilst being fully supported by senior members of the team who will be keen to hear your ideas and help develop your potential.

To be considered you will have experience within a similar position, a good understanding of pension legislation, a desire to deliver excellence and operate at pace. Knowledge and experience within the TPA market would be advantageous, but not essential. This role can be based in any regional office across the UK and the team operate a Hybrid working model.
