We are seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established team for this Lexcel accredited firm. With a strong reputation, the team are seeing growth through repeat business and also new clients and you will be working with a variety of impressive clients.
As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage your own, and already established caseload of commercial property transactions, landlord and tenant matters for a broad range of commercial clients, including public authorities, charities and private investors.
Requirements:
- Collaborative team player, commercially minded
- Solicitor or Legal Executive - minimum of 5+ years PQE
- Encouraged to take part in client development and business networking events
- Passionate about your career and enjoys complexities of property matters
- Comfortable with client meetings and finding workable solutions
