You will manage your own caseload and support senior fee earners to develop your experience and exposure to larger clients and more complex matters who will be involved with a variety of clients dealing with company commercial matters to include:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Corporate transactions and debt financing
- Buy-outs and re-structuring
- Shareholder agreements
- Commercial agreements
